Equipment required: boxing gloves, handwraps, jump rope, bottle water and a towel. Boxing shoes are optional.
Kid’s Boxing Program
The Kid’s Boxing format provides a great physical workout that helps teach them focus while teaching basic boxing skills and a heavy dose of fun.

Kickboxing Program
Add powerful kicking techniques to your boxing skills. This class will do some Muay Thai (Moo-ee Tie) kicks but is mostly karate style training, which includes Thai kicks, knees & elbows. Expect lots of bag work and partner drills.

TEAMS
Competition Training “A Team”
Commitment to training, five times a week or more, must travel for sparring to competition.

Sparring Training “B Team”
Instructional class for eligible members interested in sparring, note this class is all technique.
